About
Zsuzsanna Varga studied History at Lajos Kossuth University in Debrecen. She received PhD in Agrarian History in 1998. Since 2000 she has been teaching at the Department of Modern Hungarian History of the Loránd Eötvös University in Budapest. She is Associate Professor. Varga's first monograph was published in 2001. Her research interests and publications are focused on the history of socialist agriculture in Hungary. Parallel Varga subtends her research to Central-Eastern European comparative analyses.
